estatevisuals

I hadn’t shared this with anyone before—a story about me, how I started Estate Visuals and why I did it.

While I was studying at University, everything seemed terrific, the government-financed my studies and I had the support of my family. I had the best time of my life, bonfires, late evening talks, meeting new people. It was truly fantastic. But for some reason, I was still not fulfilled.

So I decided to stop my studies, leave all my friends and family and go to England to save money. It was horrible; I worked 14-hour shifts with 15-minute breaks, through rain and cold. Worked in farms, factories, fields did everything to save every penny I could.

Every day I got more and more depressed in my small room blaming myself for quitting everything. Lived on minimal expenses and invested everything I could to me. I started to learn about social media, passive income, marketing, property, everything I could find, but nothing seemed to work.

The moment everything changed

Everything changed from the day when I found my childhood camera. It was sitting in a box under all the junk. I have decided to take the camera and go for a walk in the nearest park. That was the moment when I remembered my passion for creativity and started to take photos and videos of nature. That kept me alive and going.

That’s what sparked a fire back in my heart to grow and become better. I started investing in myself, going to meetings, courses I have spent over five figures in all education. And the one thing that stood out from all the choices was investing in properties.

One morning while I was scrolling through Rightmove with a cup of coffee. I noticed that there are a lot of listings that are lacking excellent presentations. I knew that the property was truly amazing, but the photos didn’t create a good impression. Were taken with a phone, the lighting looked terrible.

I looked at my table and saw the old camera that I found in a box a few months ago. Then and there I had this brilliant idea that I can help to take better photos of properties to market them more effectively. That’s when Estate Visuals was born.
