Increased Call Volume as Real Estate Bounces Back

As business returns to normal, Estate Visuals is receiving an influx of new listings, inquiries, and activity. But rest assured we’re committed to your success and are taking steps to serve you faster.

Updated policies and procedures

We’re in this together. To help protect the homeowner, the agent, and the photographer, we have adopted new policies and procedures for our in-home photography appointments. These are intended to help keep everyone safe and to follow the appropriate guidance from the CDC regarding contact and social distancing during this crisis. Effective immediately please help us by following these important rules: Covid-19

  • We’ve instructed our photographers that if they feel ill at all or have been in contact with someone that is ill, they should have us reassign their shoots.
  • We’ve also instructed our photographers that if they are on-site at a property where there is a possibility of contracting an illness, they should leave.
  • We ask that our clients let us know if a property cannot be shot due to illness. In those cases, we will waive any cancellation or rescheduling fees.
  • Our photographers have been instructed to not touch any personal items during the appointment.
  • Limited attendance to photo shoot. Covid-19 We ask our agents and homeowners to be off site for the duration of any Estate Visuals shoot during the COVID-19 crisis.  If our agents or homeowners must be in attendance, we ask them kindly to wait in a physically separated part of the house, by a distance of no less than 20 feet, on a different floor if possible.
  • We ask that the property be clean and all surfaces disinfected with an approved disinfectant prior to the photographers arrival.
  • To eliminate the need to touch items in the home, turn on all lights, open blinds and interior doors before the start of the shoot.
  • Please note that our photographers may cancel or reschedule the shoot if they are concerned these policies not being followed.

A Note From the Owner

I wanted to give you an update on our ability to serve and support your team. Estate Visuals is open and operating. We provide services and all of our employee team members have been and are continuing to work from their homes.

Client Services

We are answering calls, texts, e-mails and chats. We are fulfilling existing orders, we are accepting new orders and we are providing resources and support wherever necessary.

Photographers

Our photography team consists of independent contractors who are each beholden and adhere to the guidelines and executive orders. In most areas most of our photographers continue to shoot listings for agents who need them.

Where real estate has not been designated as an essential service or sole/individual business are not allowed to continue to operate, we have advised our photographers to schedule appointments after lock down.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our clients, their homeowners, our employees and our photographers is our top priority. Continue to refer to this page for our revised procedures and guidance for all photographers and clients. We will update this regularly as we learn more.

Our clients and our photographers are very important to us. We believe the steps above will help keep us all safe and healthy. I encourage you to talk with your photographer before or at the appointment about any concerns or issues.

By working together, we’ll get through this!

We hope you have a healthy and prosperous spring selling season.

Be Safe. Stay Healthy.
